- Each Villa may be occupied by not more than the number of persons stated. The persons specified in the booking form are the only people entitled to occupy the Villa. Each Villa may not be occupied before 4.00pm on the day of arrival unless by prior arrangement.
- Villas must be vacated by 10.00am on the date of departure and the key handed to reception by that time.
- *Villas must be left in a clean and tidy condition on departure. The Proprietors reserve the right to charge a minimum of £50.00, for cleaning of Villas that are not left in a reasonable and satisfactory manner.
- Villas are fully equipped with hand towels, bath towels, face clothes, tea towles, owen towel, glass towel, toiletries include: soap, shower gel, shampoo, bath foam.
- All damages, breakages and losses must be reported immediately and paid for prior to departure.
- The Proprietors of Weston Bay Resort are not responsible for any loss, damage or injury (whether direct or consequential) sustained by applicants or members of the applicant's party in the course of or arising out of a visit or proposed visit to Weston Bay Resort.
- No equipment, apparatus, meter or appliance in the Villa may be improperly used, tampered with or damaged. All damages or injury resulting shall be the responsibility of and charged to the applicant.
- Cancellations must be made in writing and can be accepted up to 4 weeks before commencement of the period booked. The deposit is not returnable in any circumstance. Holidays cancelled without the above notification will be invoiced in full. You are advised to take out the cancellation insurance enclosed.
- Applicants and members of their party shall not cause a nuisance or annoyance to the Proprietors or visitors to Weston Bay Resort.
- No caravan, boat, trailer or tent shall be brought to the Holiday Village without previous consent from the Proprietors.
- Vehicles shall only be kept in the parking areas provided and are parked at Weston Bay Resort entirely at the vehicle owners risk. No parking on grass areas.
- All deposits should be enclosed with the booking form and the balance of all payments to be made 8 weeks before arrival. Telephone bookings must be confirmed within seven days. All cheques to be made payable to Stoneleigh Holiday Village.
- If any all female, all male parties or young mixed groups are accepted, each person will be required to give a £30 cash security deposit on arrival. To be returned one week after departure when checked.
- Children under 18 years are only allowed in the family & entertainment area separated from the bar area. See signs.
- Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed in the swimming pool, changing rooms, solarium, gym, toilets, laundry room and the no-smoking area of the clubhouse.
- The bar, restaurant and leisure facilities are closed for the whole of 2009. It is hoped the refurbishment will be completed by 2010 but at the moment we can not guarantee.
- Pets: where permitted, must be kept under control, not be allowed on the furniture or in the bedrooms nor be left unattended. Please do not allow your dog to foul the garden and ensure that any fouling is removed by the time or your departure.
